  Diana Bellofatto has been our yoga teacher for almost 20 years. Diana is a truly gifted teacher, able to individualize her instruction to accommodate our changing needs. Passionate about yoga and Ayurvedic medicine, she approaches her teaching with a wonderful sense of humor, so yoga with Diana is always fun. She gracefully models the correct postures and is especially good at describing exactly what we need to do to get into them. My husband and I always leave our yoga sessions more relaxed and rejuvenated. We would give her a 10-star rating if that were possible. Judith and Ken Springer
